What’s the twist?

01 — It’s comprehensive.

In addition to traditional talking therapy techniques, we will explore physical practices such as yoga and embodiment techniques, meditation and visualisation, breathwork, journaling and creative exercises.

By offering you more than just talking therapy, I’m aiming to:

  • Give you tools and techniques you can practice by yourself, so the benefit extends beyond the therapy room,

  • Help us access deeper insights into what moves you and what has shaped who you are today,

  • Support and strengthen your mind and your body.

02 — It’s convenient.

As all our sessions are virtual, there’s no need to take time out of your day to travel or be in an unfamiliar environment.

Make your therapy sessions as comfortable as possible by being in an environment that suits you and minimising the disruption to your schedule.

03 — It’s customisable.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re looking for weekly or fortnightly sessions to support you through an acute concern, or monthly check-ins for mental maintenance and resilience-building.

We will use our introductory call to work out a plan that works best for your unique needs, and will regularly reassess where you are to ensure you’re getting as much as possible from our sessions.

The important stuff

Our first 30-minute session is free of charge.

After that, individual sessions can be booked subject to availability at a cost of £60 for each 60 minute online session.

Bundles of individual sessions are also available at discounted rates:

  • 6 sessions for £342 (to be taken within 4 months of purchase).

  • 12 sessions for £648 (to be taken within 9 months of purchase).
