I’m Julia, a Corporate Communications professional since 2012, Yoga Teacher since 2018 and Therapist since 2023. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me outside hiking and trying to find animals to pet, or inside dancing.

I created Mind Body Wander by JC to bring my skills together, and help more people lead happier, more fulfilled lives.
